Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, human resources management, and payroll. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and employee development programs
- Assist with strategic planning for human resources initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations
- Manage social media platforms for HR-related content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in human resources or related administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Proficient in using HR software systems such as Workday or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
